This is exactly how I'm feeling today. I can't tell if she is scared out of her mind or having the time of her life.
Today is my last day as an employee of a local nonprofit. For the next two weeks I'll be training my replacement and packing things up. As I look forward to years (hopefully) of working for myself and building Oneleven Creative, I'm super excited and really scared about stepping out on my own. But I know that this is what is best for my career, family and future.
